Hassan Webs is not responsible for copyright infringement, misleading information, illegal content, or other legal issues resulting from materials supplied by the client.Intellectual Property
After full payment, ownership of the final custom work specifically created for the client will be transferred according to the terms agreed for the project.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, stock images, software, libraries, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
Hassan Webs may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise and such request is agreed upon.Website Maintenance
Maintenance services may include website updates, content changes, troubleshooting, backups, performance improvements, and other agreed tasks.
Maintenance services do not guarantee that a website will remain completely free from technical issues, security vulnerabilities, downtime, or compatibility problems.Backups

However, clients are encouraged to maintain their own independent backups of important website data.
Hassan Webs cannot guarantee complete data recovery in every situation.Cancellation & Termination
Either party may request cancellation of a project or service.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payments for completed work, purchased resources, third-party services, or other non-refundable costs may remain payable.
